    Reformer Classes

Build strength, endurance, stability, and mobility with Pilates Reformer classes designed to challenge and support your body.

At Posture Studio, classes are tailored to the needs of our students, so no two classes are exactly alike. We combine the Reformer and Tower with props such as weights, resistance bands, balls, and balance pads to create a varied, full-body workout.

    Pilates Chair + Tower Classes

The Pilates Chair is one of the most versatile and challenging pieces of equipment in the studio. It offers a unique full-body workout that develops strength, balance, coordination, and control.

At Posture Studio, we often combine Chair exercises with the Pilates Tower or Rope Wall to create varied workouts that improve mobility, build functional strength, and challenge the body in new ways.

    Therapeutic Classes

Therapeutic Pilates classes offer a slower, more focused approach to movement for those recovering from injury, managing physical limitations, or maintaining strength and mobility.

Classes emphasize controlled movement and typically combine mat work, the Pilates Reformer, and Chair to build strength, balance, and stability. Therapeutic Pilates classes are not necessarily beginner-level classes.

  • Pilates Mat Classes

Pilates Mat is the foundation of Pilates. Without the assistance of equipment, Mat classes challenge you to develop greater control and a deeper understanding of movement.

We encourage clients to incorporate Mat classes into their routine, whether in the studio or at home through our online library of over 75 Pilates videos.

  • “Outstanding team of professionals who actually care about you and your health. If you are an over stressed traveling software exec then this is the place to ‘reset’.”

  • “Posture Studio has really improved my quality of life. The reformer classes are a great compliment to my traditional strength training - increasing core and stabilizers strength while also soothing larger muscle fatigue with stretching and mobility exercises.”

    Morgan D.

  • “Coming into Posture Studio is always the best part of my week. So good at helping clients build strength and functional movement patterns after injury. I only wish I had discovered their work years earlier….and the classes are FUN!”
